Sustainability-Linked Financing Framework
VINCI Airports and ANA Aeroportos de Portugal, subsidiaries of the French group VINCI, are developing and financing the expansion and operation of the seven airports of Cape Verde. To demonstrate their implication in the decarbonization process of its infrastructure, they have developed this Sustainability-Linked Financing Framework to align their business strategy and commitments in Cape Verde by creating a direct link between the sustainability objectives related to the seven Cape Verdean airports and the financing strategy for the concession.

About us
Cabo Verde Airports is responsible for managing 4 international airports in Praia, Sal, São Vicente, and Boa Vista, and 3 domestic airports in São Nicolau, Maio and Fogo.
Cabo Verde Airports integrates the VINCI Airports group, being owned by VINCI Airports (70%) and its Portuguese subsidiary, ANA Aeroportos de Portugal (30%) by way of a 40-year concession contract. During this period, all airports will undergo changes that seek to optimize operational performance, modernize infrastructure, bring more efficiency, safety, and overall better travel experience for passengers.
